About the Skoda Kamiq 1.0 TSI (2024)

Independent spec and rating reference. No offers, no sales.

The Kamiq is the brand's smallest SUV, on the MQB-A0 platform shared with the Volkswagen T-Cross and Seat Arona. The 2024 facelift brought new headlights, an upgraded infotainment with separate climate controls, and software updates. The boot of 400 litres is on the high side for the B-SUV class (manufacturer figure). The 1.0 TSI delivers 116 hp; a 1.5 TSI sits higher in the range.

In practice

WLTP is 5.7 l/100km (manufacturer figure, not measured by us). Owners report 6.3 to 7.0 l/100km mixed (public forums, n approx 15, not measured by us). The list price rose indicatively from about 26,990 euro (reference date early 2024) to 28,490 euro now; this is a starting price, not an offer and not a forecast.

Points to note

The three-cylinder is audible under firm acceleration. Like the Scala, this generation has no mild-hybrid drive, the fuel use sits above several rivals with 48V assistance. The braked towing weight of 1,200 kg covers a light luggage trailer but not a heavier caravan.
