B-segment hatchback on the MQB-A0 platform, shared with the Volkswagen Polo and Seat Ibiza. Entry is the 30 TFSI three-cylinder with 110 hp; above it sits the 35 TFSI with 150 hp. WLTP around 5.4 l/100km (manufacturer figure, indicative); owners report mixed 6-7 l/100km (public forums, not measured by us). Boot 335 l is just above average for the class.
