About the Audi Q3 (F3, 35 TFSI)
Independent spec and rating reference. No offers, no sales.
The Q3 (F3) has been on the market since 2018, with a facelift in 2024, and sits on the MQB platform. Sibling models are the Volkswagen Tiguan, Skoda Karoq and Cupra Formentor. The 35 TFSI is the common entry petrol: a 1.5 four-cylinder with 48V mild hybrid, 150 hp, via a 7-speed S tronic. Beside it there is a 40 TFSI quattro and PHEV versions.
In practice
WLTP figure is around 6.7 l/100km (manufacturer figure, not measured by us). In mixed use owners report 7.5-8.5 l/100km (owner forums, not measured by us); short city trips and motorway above 120 km/h sit higher. Boot 530 l with the sliding rear bench in the rearmost position, up to about 675 l with the bench slid forward. Braked towing weight 1,800 kg. The indicative starting price rose from about 42,500 euro (reference date early 2024) to 44,900 euro now, a starting price, not an offer and not a forecast.
Points to note
The platform is mature, the price difference with the Tiguan sits mainly in finish and brand position, not in the drivetrain. The sliding rear bench makes the rear and boot variable; check this against your actual luggage and passenger needs. The infotainment was renewed at the 2024 facelift to MIB3 with two screens; on a test drive at the official dealer this is the main point to check.
