Hyundai Inster

Compact A-segment EV on a new dedicated platform, on sale in the EU since early 2025. Two battery options: Standard Range 42 kWh (about 300 km WLTP) and Long Range 49 kWh (about 355 km WLTP, manufacturer figure). DC charging up to about 120 kW; 10-80% takes around 30 minutes per Hyundai (manufacturer figure, not measured by us). Four seats as standard, 351 l boot, V2L on board. Indicative from-price for the Netherlands; check the official configurator for the current figure.

MINI Aceman

Electric subcompact crossover on the J05 platform, built in Zhangjiagang by Spotlight Automotive (BMW-Great Wall joint venture). The SE has 218 hp and a 49.2 kWh net battery. WLTP around 406 km (manufacturer figure, indicative); winter range is lower according to early owners (public forums, not measured by us).
